According to the Interfax news agency, citing a Russian ambassador, Russia’s foreign ministry stated on Saturday that Moscow’s response to a buildup of NATO forces in Poland will be commensurate.
“A response, as usual, will be proportionate and appropriate, aimed at neutralizing any risks to the Russian Federation’s security,” Oleg Tyapkin, the head of a foreign ministry department responsible for Russian ties with Europe, told Interfax.
