Hungarian PM says sanctions against Russia have failed, EU needs a new strategy on Ukraine war.

According to Viktor Orban, prime minister of Hungary, sanctions against Moscow have failed and the European Union needs a fresh approach to the conflict in Ukraine.

Orban said in a speech in Romania that the goal should be to achieve peace rather than victory in the conflict.
