The Russian nuclear forces are conducting maneuvers in the Ivanovo province, northeast of Moscow, according to the Russian defense ministry, as reported by the Interfax news agency on Wednesday.
It cited the ministry as claiming that over 1,000 personnel is practicing rigorous maneuvers with over 100 vehicles, including Yars intercontinental ballistic missile launchers.
