On Sunday, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said he expected Alexander Dvornikov, Russia’s newly appointed commander in charge of Ukraine, will coordinate crimes and cruelty against Ukrainian civilians.
Sullivan did not provide any supporting proof.
During an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sullivan argued that targeting civilians “falls at the feet of the Kremlin.”
