Nestle has purchased vitamins and supplements maker Bountiful Organization for $5.75 billion, the world’s biggest packaged food organization said on Friday, the most recent expansion of its health and nutrition business.
The KitKat chocolate bar maker purchased Bountiful from KKR. Bountiful makes items under the Nature’s Abundance, Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex and Puritan’s Pride brands.
