British police arrest a man over infusing food at three London stores.

British police said on Thursday they had arrested a man after processed meats and microwaveable items at three general stores in west London were infused utilizing various needles.

The Little Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Local, and Tesco Express stores were shut after the episode which occurred on Wednesday evening.

Police were called after reports the man had yelled maltreatment at individuals, and had entered the shops on Fulham Palace Road and infused food items.

“It is presently obscure concerning the number of items that have been defiled,” the Metropolitan Police said in a statement. “Investigations are ongoing to set up if other businesses in the area are associated with the episode.”

Individuals who purchased food from the stores on Wednesday evening were encouraged to discard it. The man is being investigated on doubt of tainting of merchandise with aim of causing public damage.
